Lance joined Naden/Lean, LLC in 1991. Lance provides accounting, tax, and consulting services for individuals and businesses which include dentists, other healthcare providers, retail, and equine.
Lance provides start-up services to new businesses including working with banks to help obtain financing. With his equine clients, Lance works to ensure they are in compliance with the federal, state, and local taxing authorities with respect to employment, business tax and reporting issues.
Lance grew up in Baltimore City but spent many of his summers on his uncle’s farm in Carroll County. He “inherited” horses when he met his wife 18 years ago. For the last 14 years he has been the chief stall cleaner for his wife’s horses. His home zoo consists of four horses, three dogs, two cats, two sons, five quail and four goats.

Since graduating from Frostburg State University in 1997, Lee has practiced in the field of public accounting. She has provided audits, reviews and compilations for corporate and non-profit entities, accounting, tax and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. Lee specializes in audits of not-for-profit organizations as well as compliance auditing.
Prior to joining Naden/Lean, LLC, Lee was a senior accountant at Glen Todd and Company, PA focusing on audits of government contractors, as well as tax preparation of various entities. In June 2005, Lee joined the accounting and consulting firm of Naden/Lean, LLC where she presently serves as a manager in the firm’s Accounting and Business Services Department focusing mainly on the needs of corporate and non-profit entities.

Judy joined Naden/Lean, LLC in 1998. Judy provides consulting, tax services, tax planning, accounting, business development, and advisory services to our clients. She consults with our clients on issues regarding cash flow, profitability planning, retirement issues, organizational structure, associate and transition planning, practice management and growth. Judy’s areas of concentration include healthcare professionals and professional service corporations.

Kathy joined Naden/Lean, LLC in 2007. Kathy has practiced in the field of public and private accounting, providing accounting, auditing and review services to clients in a variety of industries, with a concentration of dental clients. She has provided tax planning for individuals as well as corporations.
Kathy has an in-depth understanding of business financial statements and business and individual tax returns. She is a decisive team leader with the ability to work independently and/or interface with other team members.

Deana provides professional services to the Healthcare industry with a specific focus on dentists. Deana has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She started out as an intern for Weiner & Berkman, CPA’s in 1990 and has been working in public accounting ever since. As a Manager for Naden/Lean, LLC Deana is responsible for individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. As a Client Service Consultant for the firm, Deana is responsible for overseeing staff support and meeting with clients on a regular basis. Clients turn to Deana for financial statement preparation and analysis as well as individual and corporate tax projections.
Specifically relating to the Healthcare industry, Deana provides accounting and consulting advice to dentists on a national level. Deana understands the dental business as well as the relationship side of the business. Through tax and accounting, Deana provides clients a high caliber of financial guidance and support. Through practice management, Deana is able to provide clients with advice on dental practice startups, dental practice purchases, dental practice transitions, dental benchmarks and dental overhead.
